This is a vintage German Spaetzle Maker circa late 1950's - early 1960's.
It is made of steel and is 13" long and 4 1/4" wide. - Very well used
Spätzle (literally "little sparrow"), are a type of egg noodle or dumpling of soft texture found in the cuisines of southern Germany and of Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Alsace and South Tyrol. (and my mom's kitchen)
