    I have no idea IF these old or newer -- or what they read at the bottom. Are they anything or not? Anyone able to read what it says? Or know anything about these? Only about 3 inches tall. Are they cloisonne type?

    Not sure which *way* the letters go??

      Unfortunately these are very modern ....probably 1990's.
      Cloisonné is not a shape but a type of decoration using wire twisted and fused to a vase or plate and filled with enamel.
