    (1467 items)

About 8 inches tall with an opening of 10 inches long by 7 inches wide. Big Vase for sure!! Has 2 mermaids at the bottom as they have tails. Think this is from the 1934 or the 1936 ...or later. Opening at the top is huge. Has the original glass frog with it to. Any know the date, let me know.

Ohhhh......and it does NOT glow....Rats!! Thxs

I meant your ladies here are gorgeous not my leaf dish. Their faces remind me a bit of this 'unknown' i have..

Which can't be Walther & Sohne or it'd be 'known'..if that makes sense, lol.
I do love these frosted glass ladies.

I have the Clear Crystal model of this vase but no insert. I would love to see what it looks like from the top or the frog photographed separately. RER(BOB)

found a bit of conflicting info on the date; Pressgas has the date noted as 1934 but found the #44010 Windsor pattern pictured in a 1953 catalog.

Here is what I was told for reference links:

Wayne Site, Catalogue Reference stated 1934:

      http://www.20thcenturyglass.com/glass_encyclopedia/artdeco_glass/walther_glass/waltherglass_home.htm

Catalogue image of vase in pressglas-korrespondenz. See 8th page from the end, see link below for a Date of 1936:

      http://www.pressglas-korrespondenz.de/aktuelles/pdf/pk-2002-3-2-mb-walther-1936.pdf

Reference also in 1953 Catalogue here:

      http://www.glas-musterbuch.de/Sachsenglas-1953.212+B6YmFja1BJRD0yMTImcHJvZHVjdElEPTg4OTMmcGlkX3Byb2R1Y3Q9MjEyJmRldGFpbD0_.0.html

Yes the were made for a while, as referenced in 1953. Pamela's Site:

      http://www.glas-musterbuch.de/VEB-Sachsenglas-1965.73.0.html

      Yes I am ..... downsizing.

Sticking more to Murano, and some other Czech glass....etc
