Here's a couple of signs I picked up They're from NYC both are two sided. I'm pretty sure they're pre 1970.

I don't think I have ever seen a No Standing sign before. Pretty neat.

No standing is just a fancy way of saying no sitting in your car I think?
Most likely from the 1950s decade.
