I am hoping that someone might know a bit about my 2 vintage arrows. I bought these at auction many years ago. They were in a box of other things that had little value. Since I have always shot target practice with an old recurve bow I was happy to find these but of course have not used them. They are actually very sharp. The feathers are in excellent condition and are tied with a type of thread or hair (horse?). They are stained a deep red. The notch is carved from the wood itself. They are 26 1/2 inches long. I display them on a wooden shelf with some other vintage items. Thanks for looking.
If those are really real, you have a fantastic find.
I have several ocean front properties in Kansas and Nebraska if anyone with a metal detector would care to look for these. We can negotiate.
fhrjr2, do you have a plot with a view of a light house? Thought the same thing, but why would somebody go to all that trouble of making such good counterfeits & make such uncharacteristic, but well made, points? I'm no expert on these but wonder & wait to hear from more knowledgeable people.

We have the view relax. You want view we have mountains, surf, women etc. We have every view to please everyone. Just a small down payment. We are certified by someone and have lots of fine print.

Have surf & mountains here but the women sounds good! Depending on age & shape of the women. We have nude beaches here of course but I often feel obligated to tell some of them to put something on. Nude beaches are not often what they are "cracked-up" to be. I only strip for the beaches when I want a few laughs. Thinking about tattoos of a NC road map on my legs to camouflage the vericose veins.
