Loetz Ball footed wheel Cut Vase

I have seen a lot of glass, but this is the only one of these I've ever seen. At least until today. While going through the various posts on here I found another. These must be pretty rare. It has the oval mark stamp on the polished Pontil. He's a tiny guy standing 3 1/4" tall by 4 1/2 wide. You can see the related piece at
