Found this at an estate sale and was blown away by it! Believe it to be Harrach now that I have done research - but still the Thomas Webb possibility is out there - mainly due to the feet!

There is no Webb possibility. This is without a shadow of a doubt, harrach.
Thank you for all your loves...it sure is a beauty even with the repaired foot...which I did not even notice until I got home.
100% Harrach the marking on the base is theirs !
