This is a 1970's era Prince Albert Crimp Cut Pipe and Cigarette Tobacco Label - actually an empty rolling papers package. It measures 4 3/8" by 2 3/4" and originally held 15 individual rolling papers. -- Prince Albert is an American brand of tobacco, introduced by the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in 1907. It has been owned since 1987 by John Middleton Inc.
