This is a 1970's era Burley and Bright Half & Half Tobacco Label - actually a rolling papers package (have 5 pkgs., each containing 10 rolling papers). It measures 4 1/8" by 2 3/4" fully open and 1 5/8" by 2 3/4" closed.
-- About 1909 the American Tobacco Company combined the Lucky Strike tobacco with another brand called Buckingham. This was the beginning of a new brand called Half & Half. - Technically, the Half and Half brand is a blend of Burley tobacco and the lighter Brightleaf (Virginia) tobacco.
