Disney Legend artist Mary Blair illustrated several children's books in addition to her celebrated conceptual paintings for Disney animated features such as Cinderella and Peter Pan. This lovely book cover combined the best of both worlds, as Mary also worked on Disney's Sleeping Beauty feature. This wraparound cover illustration, painted in gouache on board, has an image area of 18.25" x 12", and has been matted and framed with glass for an overall 24" x 18".
