    Few years ago I started collecting vintage jewelry...
    I several favorites.... And BAKELITE is one of them.
    I love early plastic, bakelite, lucite, celluloid, galalith, etc...,
    I heart (love) all plastic, like this one.........
    I really love looking at this Scotty brooch pin.
    Reminds me of... Those hot summers, drinking cool ICE TEA, yummy!

      Actually, this dog head looks a lot more like a Schnauzer than a Scottie, which would make it more rare.

      Lovely, like you i love bakerlite & early plastics, they often have a very different look & feel to modern plastics. Old plastic, highly underated IMHO:)
