This is a vintage circa 1960's Porcelain Demitasse Cup & Saucer Set.
Red and white striped with gold emblems situated around rims on both the saucer and cup and a gold emblem in the center of the saucer. Also has gold trim around rims of both cup and saucer. Hand-painted / Mark E-566
