Often called Little Bo Peep -- small glass figural lamps often come in pairs; were for the boudoir/bedroom, as a night-light -- they are pretty, and are what I would call "available" -- and offered at all price points -- here is one like yours on ebay -- http://collectibles.shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=peep&_sacat=1404&_odkw=blue+glass+ladies&_osacat=1404&bkBtn=&_trksid=p3286.m270.l1313

These are also known as Southern Belle Boudoir Lamps; I'm not sure but have seen them attributed to L.E. Smith. Try an eBay search for: Blue Boudoir Lamp Shade

Oh, how much I appreciate your info. I have had this lamp for years, hoping to find a shade, (I will be 70 this year) it has been in my closet, waiting !
