This is an adult size platform rocker that I got free out of house sale here in the Seattle area...the original red fabric was a mess, but an interior designer consultant/friend had some left over very high quality wool fabric that we both thought was a good match...we had it professionally upholstered - turned out great. I believe the wood is maple. It's clearly commercially built, but I could find no labels. I've had it for about 10 years - I look periodically, but I've never seen anything like it...anyone have any thoughts?
You got a deal. It looks to be the work of Han's J Wegner. a retro shop normaly won't tell you any thing. but if the chair was mine. it would not be going anywhere.
Thanks....I actually found a pair that was posted on this website 2-3 years ago. I have been looking on and off for a number of years and it's the first time I have ever seen one.
