I've posted a few of these before. i really like how they look hanging in a garden or on a porch. I showed them to a friend who owns a large stained glass business and he said that the two blue ones have very valuable glass - particularly the third one - which is one of a pair w/ green and blue swirled glass.

What era are these from? They have wonderful metalwork!

1940s-1960s is my guess. thank you racer4four!

They are fantastic, I love everything about them, the design, the rusty iron, coloured glass.
What is the light source for them, I don't see a cord on the first three?

      They're very beautiful

thank you walksoftly and aimathena. i don't have any indoor space at my nursery so these are hanging out in the open - over a stone patio i built. Eventually, my plan is to build a roof here. So the light source is simply daylight - and not a very bright day, but these lanterns tend to collect and reflect light pretty well - even on gloomy days.

Love these lamps! I just purchased the third, with blue and green swirl glass, at a garage sale for $10.00 today. Will be hanging on my porch over a dinning table.
