Says Colonial Premier 1357, Chicago on bottom. Can anyone please tell me the year and how I can find out what it originally looked like? Also, where maybe to get restoration parts? THANK YOU!

These are great lights. They offer lots of options. You can light just the three candles, or you can use the trilight. Your floor lamp has plastic shades on the candle sockets, these can be found but as far as I know they are not available as new items. The center of your lamp would have held a white glass shade, often in a waffle pattern and then a large drum shade would sit on top of the white glass shade. You will know the fabric shade because it will have three V shapes on the wire supports of the shade which will keep the silk shade centered. I hope that helps. You could make do nicely with just the glass center shade and a silk or other drum shade. Make sure you have the whole lamp rewired properly. You should be able to find the glass shade in your local flea market or charity shop.
Good luck with your lamp. You will enjoy the versatility of your lamp.
oops, I forgot to mention that there is also a little night light in the base. Take care when you use the switch. They are meant to be operated with your foot but since the one in your base appears to be plastic you will need to be wearing slippers not big boots. ;o)
Thank you, Lisa!
