I've been fascinated by this jardiniere I bought about 14 years ago. I knew it was by Michael Andersen and sons of Denmark but thanks to collectors weekly and especially jensen I now know it was made between 1916 and 1930. It is about 14 inches high and 16 inches wide, the handles are crafted as birds, possibly Peacocks. I bought it from an antique dealer for my wife who told me it was Danish glass and from about 1900. We both love it and after much research have not found one like it.

Oh, that's a great piece! I think it dates to the late 1910's (based on the style).

Danish Glass? It looks so much like ceramics. Beautiful colors. RER(BOB)
