I have this solid teak partner desk. I'm trying to figure out the age and style. I am also not sure of the country of origin. Can anybody help me out? Dimensions are 78" L x 39" W x 32" H. I'm sure it's teak (my husband sells wood). And it's all solid, no veneers.

Does it have drawers on both sides?

This has some terrible mismatch on the face of it. Looks like someone did a patch job to fit smaller drawers. It has vertical grain opposing horizontal grain. Your best bet for dating the drawers is the joinery. The rest of it the joinery doesn't show. Seeing the bottom would help. It may be the camera but it seems to have a good bit of mismatch and some machine cuts and some hand tooled. The finish on it is a disaster to teak. I can't imagine why someone would do that to teak.
