Large Vintage German Wooden Diorama

I found this beautiful old German shadow box at a sale. It has a working music box but I am not sure of the title of the German song.
On the top of the box is a light switch that works however, the light fixture inside the sealed glass box has lost it's light bulb, which is laying on the floor. There is also another wire shown in the picture that is in the area of the stove. I am not sure of what the wire does or was to do but you can move the wire in and out.
There are a few items inside the box that have become loose, however still a beautiful German kitchen.
