I would like help identifying this piece! I found it at Goodwill and love it because it looks very old. I can't find anything to identify the pattern or era that it is from or even what it is?! Maybe relish or candy? It had a handle at one time - I'm guessing metal. Would love some leads on it if anyone has any valid ideas.

I've seen this pattern used on Castor Sets and I had think that it was made in England. Someone will certainly recognize it. The last time I saw a piece in this pattern was over 10 years ago. RER(BOB)

Does anyone know what this is or who made it?
