Help Please!! Vintage looking silver charm!

So I bought this charm and its round, the exact size of a quarter. On the front of it there are 2 people sitting back to back with their knees tucked to their chests and dont appear to be wearing anything. On the back toward the bottom it reads "WELLS STERLING". I tried to find something about it online,  but had no luck and was wondering if anyone could identify it and what it means. Thank you!
