This is a "Lightnin" Tank Volume Calculator Slide-Chart - it was used to measure volume capacities for various shapes and sizes of mixing and holding tanks (including railroad tanker cars). - Same concept and use as a slide-rule but for industrial "in-the-field" on sight calculations.
- One side is the English System and the other side is the Metric System.
