Heat Master. Made in England. 1950's EggWarmers!
These belonged to my Dad. They have a sort of stainless steel body with a fibre insulation material inside to keep your boiled eggs warm. They gently twist to open. I understand the base and the tiny top are Bakerlite? The little top and the base unscrew so they can be washed after use.
I love them. Brilliant idea! LOL
