Antique Candle Holder? Old Drinking Glasses?

This is a set of old/antique candle holders or drinking glasses,holder is cast iron,has an amber colored glass with lots of bubbles,has a sharp pontil on bottom,iron has rusted some,bottom has some pitting,I bought this about 8 or 9 years ago from a church sale,need to know how old,who maker is,need information on items
