This satin glass urn has what I would call a harlequin spatter on the surface of the thinner inner satin glass layer cased in glass almost twice as thick to give this out of focus effect - this time it isn't the photographer.
The foot has a central dimple which I think must be part of its manufacture.

Actually, I just realized I have the same exact one like this (a pair actually) without the lids!! plus a candy dish with lid, and a vase. I go nuts for this stuff:)
