I don't know who Dony is, but the ladies all seem to be coming toward him.
I have not had a lot of luck hunting this week, but I did swoop this bright blue, 10X12 inch oil painting up. Unfortunately I cannot find who the artist is, however I am notoriously bad at finding artists names for some reason.
I'd appreciate any ideas, thoughts or information on this one CW friends.
PS. On a side note, my daughter's hamster escaped her cage last night. Daughter's sad, hubby is freaking as that thing poops a lot, son is indifferent and I think it's kind of funny. We have been hunting for hours. She's sleeping it off somewhere. I'll set up a couple of traps to try and nab her tonight. Any hunting tips?
Peanut butter is a main feature in our trapping plan...there are videos for everything these days.

I can see why you picked this up but this is all I know about the painting - Dony likes blue and girls!
I have now lost our pet too. We have a bearded dragon (that's a lizard) and the problem with it is it can squeeze into the tiniest places and then it cools down so much it gets totally inert! I'll have to start moving some of my cra.....sorry, collection, to try and find him/her (hasn't got a name, don't know it's sex, lose it nearly every time we let it out - what sort of keepers are we!)
I really do like this painting, the hills in the background, the tress, the girls. Are you going to hang it?
Interesting painting Amber I would have bought too :).... On the hamster note. I actually found a guinea pig in the bushes near our houses foundation while cleaning leaves years ago. Pretty sure it was someones pet. The kids walking to school probably lost it taking him home from show and tell or something. Don't know if he would have survived the winter though if I hadn't found him. Maybe he would have hibernated....lol.
Colorful painting nice. Create a warm trap and his favorite food and he will be back tonight!
they look for warm places... I know of one who went into the dishwasher and became the "hottest hamster in town"... well, most boiled than hot.
Thank you everyone for the love and hamster suggestions. Despite three traps set up, no sign of her. We are switching off peanut butter and moving to blueberries.
Racer, not to take away from your worry but that is kinda funny. Cools down and goes stiff. Poor thing.

Yes, I did keep him for a while Amber then I gave him to the neighbor kids. I had also found my two kittens about same time under our porch. I don't know why but stray animals always seem to find me....lol. I don't think I've actually had a pet that wasn't a stray over the years except for my Scottie, but even she was a rescue from a puppy mill at 3 years old .
UPdate: still no sign of the hamster. Daughter lost a tooth last night and when I grabbed for the tooth fairy, she had left a note asking the tooth fairy for help.
My poor sweet baby.

Hamster UPdate: sad news. Found Z floating in the sump pump pit. Got in, couldn't get out. Poor thing. Not telling the girl child. Poor Z rest in peace.
Poor little one! Tooth fairies can't help... our lizard is found and so I am sending the animal finding fairy your way!
It's going to be hellish if that hirsute, hapless, harassing hermit hamster is hoisted to heaven.

Ks85...breaks me up a bit. She's such a good kiddo too. Thanks. I've had some good escapes with pets as a kid too. Brothers snake crawled into my bed once. Surprisingly I only screamed for a few minutes.
She is still full of that magic. Thanks. Yep still sniffy.
