    Therse were handed down to me when my Dad passed, Curtiss became Curtiss-Wright, then North American Avation, Then North American Rockwell in Columbus Ohio... The Plant cclosed in the 1970's I think.

      Thanks upstatenycollector, I've done some research and find that it can't be any newer than 1950 since that is when Curtiss left the factory (Plant) where my father was. Since he started working there in 1942 he must have gotten this in 1947 ( I was still a child) it is very nice, small but nice.

      Sure do Pops. A quick release fastener. A quarter turn and it's released. Spring tension keeps it tight. Great for fastening panels on race cars, airplanes etc.
