This lovable old guy has two stickers on the bottom, as you can see from the pic. He was made in Portugal and the other sticker says Professor S. Colleli (no idea if it is the name or the artist or the company). He is in a lot of seven figurines I recently purchased that are all very similar.
Does anyone have any clue from where he might have originated? (besides Portugal, lol)
