found this and love it...don't know really what it is but love it. Appears to be a metal or tin sign from 1940, with red Pegasus. looks like an old vintage sign from oil or gas company.

mobilgas sign.IE Mobil Gas, they made aviation fuel also.
Socony-Vacuum was a previous name. I am thinking it is worth the big money.
I think I am going to put it in my husbands man cave. I love this sign. I researched it last night and the history I really cool.
