Just got this from an online auction in MI.... It is HEAVY metal...the glass inset looks hand blown to me....I like it-- but wonder what to call it .. Does it seem Deco, Victorian or what? Think it's worth anything or just a POS?? I do love it... (think it had another bird on it? ) Who might have made it? I'm am totally & frankly, confounded..I'VE never seen another) thanks much
