Three Handled Bohemian Vase

I found this on a shelf at an antique shop while vacationing in Florida a few years back. It's inappropriate for me to call this Loetz, it may even be inappropriate for me to call this Bohemian. I am putting it out there for others to comment on. I don't want to speculate, but instead wanted to share the photos. This piece was VERY DIFFICULT to photo, as it tries to casts lots of pinks and reds on the image. The interior is a dark thin blue glass. It stands 5 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide. As you can see it has three applied handles that all move in the same direction and attach towards the base of the piece.
