This beautiful glass bowl was a gift from my mother which she purchased from an antique/flea market. It is approx 13" across at the top & approx 3" high. The glass has a slight gold tinge, which I've been told is do to gold powder mixed with the liquid glass before shaping it. The design is etched into the top of the bowl & can be felt. The flowers are comprised of very fine lines. There are tiny air bubbles throughout the piece.

I would greatly appreciate any information that can be given to me regarding this piece.

You have a Paden City Glass center/console bowl. The pattern is Nerva and the decoration appears to be cut rather than etched. Cuttings were often done by a third party and hard to identify.
