What is it? A candle holder perhaps? There are no marks of any kind identifying what it is or when it was made. The base has mold seams but there are no seams past the base making me think the rest was hand blown? It almost seems like the glass was painted orange, which seems strange to me. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
