I've always liked Haeger pottery so when I saw this chicken even without it's label or ink stamp I knew who made it. The images online and Ebay have colors ranging from brown. green and white but not this unusual red clay color. So it may be rarer. Not sure of the age maybe 60's or earlier. It's about 8" tall x 10" wide and in perfect condition. There isn't much left of the misprinted stamp other than "Made in US" and it would have had a silver foil label as well on the bottom side. -Mike-
Chicken! Love!!!
Why U LiL
Thanks for the loves racer4 and Aim :)
My eyes (just now seeing this) are getting "HAE" as the first letters of the stamp, as in HAE[GER], instead of MADE...???
