highland stoneware

This large piece of pottery is from Highland Stoneware pottery scotland, it measures 9 1/2" high roughly 8" across the top , it has pie crust edging in brown , a mainly grey colour with flowers painted on two sides , its alto quite heavy & very good quality, I researched it today and found the pottery started in 1973 and is still going strong, all items are hand made and painted, mainly one offs , this was a tip find in uk and in A1 condition (after it was emptied of soil) another bargain at £3.
