A comparative large low table with rosewood frame and top composed with Indian printing blocks. The blocks once been used in fabric printing in Indian traditional way, where rosewood blocks and vegetable dye employed. Tourist can still find this kind of fabric on Indian local market but they are dying industry as both veggie dye and rosewood became more expensive. I suppose this business would fade out in decades, if not years.
Some fabric could be found here for curious eyes.

V cool!
Very cool indeed! I've never seen a woodblock print, let alone a table of them.
Superb table! I love this reusing of old pieces in such a decorative and useful way. The link is nice too!
Want to see more of yours!
Shrine, this is so unique... Love it...
Thanks for loving everyone, this piece was made to order, perhaps one in its kind.
Hi Shrine, sorry to ask for your opinion again, but you're the only person i know to ask. I wondered if you can tell what the writing says on these figures, wether its a signature or proverb maybe? Thank you

And in relation to your lovely table here, i thought you might like to see this. I think it could be an English wood block, no idea of its age.
