      Are you in New Zealand? I would google the names, they are probably local politicians or business men.
      What other info are you looking for? Names, dates and location are all included there.

      well I did and its a potter both people are potters but I want to know more, like how did it end up in Conn. USA and how they relate to each other. The the little name plate in side says what written on it.

      I should be very interested in this item for the monthly magazine of the Goss Collectors Club to illustrate it, but particularly for more details of the inscription on the name plate that you mention. Would you allow me to illustrate it and could you send me more photos of the front and back if that is OK. I can find no reference to the name Holdcroft in any literature on Goss nor in any of Goss' own writings.
