    I'm not sure what this item is but an African man told me it was a very old village African king scepter,measure 24" long,has some type of holes in top with slices on top,I was thinking a medicine man wand,I got this about 15 years ago from a friend who was cleaning out a house she bought,the lady who had passed left many items,I was asked did I want any of the items before she trashed them,I would love to know what this item really is.
