We rescued the old girl from a local antique store. The front had been broken off, it's missing a window, and the front door was gone... but for $30?? I've managed to reattach the front by relocating the hinges and using a lot of epoxy..lol... Now we need a window and a door. Hobby Lobby here we come!
Thanks antiquerose, tom61375, Miss Moon, lundy, nuts, and agh!!!

When I was little, the only time my doll house came out was at Christmas time. It was the best time ever! I still remember how it looked like:)
What a great find :-) Love these and they took a lot of work to make :-)
My wife is really tickled. She's already making plans to replace the staircase with something "grander." Then there's flooring, lights, wallpaper, not to mention furniture... I'm sure It'll keep her busy for a long time to come...lol...

Oh gosh, i LOVE dolls houses. My mother says she used to have one her grandfather made, with little lights & all. But was thrown away by her mother when she grew up. Needless to say she was very upset. She never got along with her mother, i wonder why, lol
