Picked this up for a quarter at an estate sale. I'm not sure why I'm drawn to these but they always seem to catch my eye. From the green colored glaze I suspect he's probably for the 30-40. A souvenir for someone's trip to the island.
I have a couple dozen mugs but never seen this before.
