      I believe the "sifter" item is actually what they used in canning to strain out the pulp or seeds or whatever when pouring the juice into the canning jars. Maybe not. The other one, I have no idea. Thought maybe a bundt pan but you don't need a lid for that or a jello mold. Good luck.

      Very intriguing, both items look like they were meant to sit in another vessel, like a double boiler set up. Why the item on the left needs a locking lid & why the item on the right has a centre post & cross bar is strange.
