It is my understanding in older Cranberry colored glass...Small amounts of real Gold is added in order to *get* the cranberry color
Nice! I was talking about Pilgrim glass, they did a lot of cranberry and pretty pieces like yours =) But it looks like you already found it =) I didn't realize the post was so old lol
