Compulsive purchase - i had no idea what it was, and i bought it for $32. like i have room for it! Pachinko is an interesting obsession in Japan. This one is completely mechanical and it works fine. They began making electric ones soon after this one, and now they are essentially video games where you win these little pachinko balls which you can trade for prizes.

thanks nutsabotas6! i just traded it for some other stuff. i wasn't that crazy over the graphics on this one. my friend really loved it though - because it is a non-electric one.
