Here is a darling American pin made of carved transparent lucite and red bakelite (about 3" high). It dates from WWII and is very much in the style of the famous MacArthur heart pin that appeared on the cover of Life Magazine in April 1941. A real treasure to me!

I recently started to include early plastics into my collection. I am amazed by the designs. Yours looks absolutely perfect! It seems to be very large. Did you mean 7 cm?
