This is a VARIG Airlines Travel Bag - used to be provided to passengers for toiletries, playing cards, or other small items one would carry during a flight. - Measures about 8" by 4", expandable - made of light tan color nylon with a dark blue vinyl piping and binding. Has the VARIG black, blue, and tan VARIG logo imprinted on front / zipper closure / additional zip-closure front pocket / YFC zippers / unknown maker / circa late 1980's
** VARIG (acronym for Viação Aérea RIo-Grandense) was the first airline founded in Brazil in 1927. From 1965 until 1990 it was Brazil's leading and almost only international airline.
