"Cypern" series glass is documented in "Josephine Glassworks, Art Nouveau - Art Deco - Modern 1900-1950" by Stefania Zelasko. These iridescent glass vases are found in various colors (green, yellow, blue, emerald). The cobalt blue versions are hard to find, and these are called "Bronze-Cypern". The enameled ones painted in this style were designed and executed by Professor Max Rade, who also did a large body of work for Fritz Heckert, according to Zelasko. I last posted an article on this Lower Silesian glass house about two years ago:

Finding this additional cobalt blue example gave me an excuse to re-visit the pieces I already had (see last photo for a group shot).

Nice addition Warren. I have five pieces of this line in various colors, but oddly no blue yet. Two of my pieces are in the same shape as two of yours, but in different colors. BTW I don't believe I've ever seen a piece of this in yellow.

Brian, outside the one example in Zelasko's second JH book, neither have I.

Hi there~ I just posted a blue cobalt glass vase too, a few minutes after you. Wondering if mine is Harrach or Joesphinenhutte?
