AR mentioned spring flowers having a difficult start due to the weather, so of course I thought of her with this vase, And she shares my love of purple as well.
HA! Love it Phil. Good One. AR will love that one.
*i*, hopefully she will take her own photos once she receives it.
Its so much prettier than the quick shots I took of it.

You are bad! Now I will make my husband steal lilacs from the neighbors!
It's perfect.

Hi Aims, i read you no longer have this. I wondered if you knew if it were neodymium glass? I have the stuff on my mind lately after discovering a vase i have is neodymium. I just wondered because the colour looks bluer in the center photo compared to the others.
Hi VF, AmberRose might know, she has it now. I'm sorry, I've never heard of neodymium.
I'd only heard of it myself about a month ago, discovered purely by accident when i noticed my purple gems turned blue under certain light bulbs .
Here's a couple of examples i have:)

Very interesting. Maybe AR will check it, I never thought to.
I never thought to with the vase even after discovering the 'gems', it didn't even occur to me. Needless to say it was a pleasant surprise:) i like gimmicky glass:)
I trust your keeping well friend

That sure is close VF. I like the rounded tear drop shape of the bottom of it.
