No hallmark or markings. Looks like gold and is the size of an old u.k 5p coin. I think it is a mourning fob but open to all suggestions as I honestly dont know what this is ...

I think the central medallion with a knight as been attached to an Edwardian locket. Does it open?
Thank you davyd286. There is not an opening or signs that there has been previously. I thought it was maybe a mourning fob due to the black enamel and King William due to the date 1690.
The centre piece is very cleanly attached and looks a good fit.
