got this from a friends mother it looks like copper and has some sort of round plate stand under thewarmer, its very tall stand

would like to know if anyone has ever seen one like it
Have a similar stand with 2 platters [large on top and smaller one on lower deck] with dutch windmill and boat designs. Height around 14oomm/55".
Looks like brass tea pot with wood handle. The top of the stad separates from the lower section of the stand. We were told that it is a 'Dutch' tea warmer but that may refer to the pictorial design on the trays. [Australia]
