One blade is 1 inch long the other is 1 1/2 inch long. The handle is silver with either mother of pearl or opal. I am not sure what I believe mother of pearl both blades are stamped United cutlery Co germany. I believe it was originally meant for cleaning and maintaining finger nails . But that is an assumption on my part. I originally bought it at a yard sale for 2.00 I am looking for any more information on this if anyone has any it would be greatly appreciated.
